Real capability.
Bounded by design.
Resolve a fixed public DNS record through independent providers, with explicit per-run read-only consent. No purchases, account changes or provider API keys.
Authorize a bounded test.
Explicit visitor consent allows one bounded fixed-domain lookup. No verified owner mandate or permanent authority.

Fixed target and allowlisted DNS providers only. At most two actual HTTP calls per run. Each request is validated by the server.
What actually happened?
Results are visible only after a real server operation. The record distinguishes an injected failure from an observed provider response.
SHA-256 checksum only. Not signed or independently witnessed. DNS resolution alone does not prove application-level availability.
Permission before action. Evidence after.
This release demonstrates a genuine bounded network capability and its independent fallback. It does not yet offer general autonomous execution, customer owner identity, durable global spending caps or third-party attestation.
